From its humble beginnings in a small church in Zambia in , God is using Orphan Sunday to change hearts around the world. Believers are embracing Orphan Sunday as a way to engage the church in caring for the orphan, and from this expression of prayer, nations are being changed and movements are being born. Recently, Orphan Sunday was featured at the Ghana Without Orphans regional meeting, and volunteers were given manuals and instruction on implementing this day across Ghana for the sake of children in finding families.
